The crowdsourced processing time data submitted by users is made available for public benefit. You may reference or cite this data provided you attribute it to PassportWait and link back to passportwait.co.uk.

By submitting a report to PassportWait, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and publish the data you provide (excluding your email address) as part of the public dataset. Your email address is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You confirm that any information you submit is, to the best of your knowledge, accurate and relates to a genuine passport application.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PassportWait and its operators shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. This includes, without limitation:

- Loss of income, business, or anticipated savings
